The Customer Portal is a web-based, self-service record management platform. The portal will allow you to access your order information, including ship dates, test reports, invoices, and more.
If you wish to participate in the portal, submit the information below. In doing so, you will be assigned as the company administrator. From there, you have the option to add additional contacts from your organization to access your account records.
